How do I book?

On WhatsApp: you tell me what you're interested in and your dates, I confirm availability and price, and we lock it in. No endless forms, no waiting around.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before for almost every activity. If the weather misbehaves, we move it or refund you: out here the ocean calls the shots, and we know it.

How do I pay?

Depends on the activity: many are paid on the day itself, others need a deposit (I always tell you everything upfront). Cards and secure online payments available.

Are the activities safe?

I only work with authorised, insured operators — the same ones I go out with myself. Every page tells you what's needed (age, licence, fitness) so there are no surprises on the day.

Do you actually speak English?

I do 😄 — I'm Italian and I live in Tenerife, which is where “Italiano Canario” comes from. We can sort everything out in English from start to finish; if an activity runs in Spanish or Italian only, I'll flag it beforehand.

Do you do tailor-made packs?

Yes — it's my speciality: tell me who you are and what you enjoy, and I'll build the full plan with a locked-in price — almost always cheaper than booking the activities one by one.

Are you an agency?

I'm one person with a network of trusted operators built over years on the island. What that means for you: a single contact who actually replies.
